Bodegas Señorío de Líbano

This rosé is a field blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha from the recent manual harvest of 2021. From the plots La Parrilla, where the Garnacha vines are 94 years old, and Los Corrales, from high-altitude vineyards at 615 meters in the Obarenes Mountains, the northwesternmost part of the D.O.Ca Rioja.

The grapes underwent a very light pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks, followed by a cold gravity bleeding. The must fermented at 14º Celsius for 28 days, followed by maturation on its own lees for 3 months. Finally, it was clarified and bottled.

In the visual phase, we find a light Pale Pink hue followed by a sweet and floral explosion marked by a notable Atlantic influence.

In the olfactory phase, we appreciate an ideal blend of Tempranillo providing structure, along with the Centenary Garnacha and its intense aromatic palette. With an elegant floral and red fruit aroma.

Soft and silky on the palate, with medium acidity and a pleasant finish.
